Delete your account

In the app:

Open Solid Miles and tap Settings on the home screen.
Tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. Consider exporting your records first (Export → Excel or PDF); after deletion they can't be recovered.

Can't open the app? Email hello@solidmiles.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account and email address
Your vehicles, service records, maintenance items, mileage and costs
Parts you logged (they're also removed from "parts other owners used" counts)
Your receipt photos
The change history of your records

If you share a vehicle that belongs to someone else, you're removed from it; the owner keeps their vehicle and its records.

What we keep, and for how long

Encrypted backups: copies made before deletion are removed automatically as backups expire, within 90 days. They're only used to recover from a system failure.
Store link click counts are kept only as anonymous totals, with no link to you.
